With a background spanning enterprise software implementation and systems design, Leanne brings both technical depth and practical finance process knowledge to every engagement. She is the lead designer behind AcQuum's Rates Modelling Application — a purpose-built tool developed in partnership with Infor Pathway to replace spreadsheet-based rates modelling for local government councils across Australia and New Zealand.
